Porsche Club’s annual week long event of competitive events, tours, banquets and social gatherings will be held this summer in the Midwest on July 8 – 14 at the famous Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri.  The week starts off with Registration on Sunday afternoon, Welcome Party on Sunday evening, Concours d’Elegance (formal car show) on Monday, Time Speed Distance Rally (TSD) on Tuesday, Autocross on Wednesday and Thursday, Tech Seminars and Route 66-themed Gimmick Rally on Friday, Volunteer Workers Party on Saturday with themed banquets and social gatherings throughout the week, culminating in the final Victory Banquet on Saturday evening where a trip to the Porsche Factory in Germany is the Grand Door Prize!

The $200 Parade Registration Fee is per car and includes registration for two adults, name tags, goodie bag and pays for the organization of the week’s activities.  There are separate fees for all the different competitive events, tours, activities and meal plans.  Be forewarned that popular tours, activities and banquets can sellout fast and Parade Registration for popular Parades can sellout on the first day of registration! After you register for Parade and pay your Registration Fee via credit card, you will receive via email your Parade Registration Confirmation along with an Entrant Access Code and Email Link to use to make housing reservations at the Tan-Tar-A Resort with a substantial discounted rate.  This resort has a wide variety of hotel rooms, condos and stand alone houses available, so plan ahead if you plan to share housing with others.  Many CIR members are planning on attending this very close Porsche Parade.  See the promo arcticle in the December Porsche Panorama magazine on page 94 for further details and go to:  http://www.porscheparade.org  for the latest details and instructions.  The resort also has its own full service marina with lakeside pool, two golf courses, indoor water park and riding stables. The Porsche Parade was last held at this resort in 1983.
