Last’s year’s event at The Rathskeller was so much fun we’ve decided to hold our “business casual” (no jeans or tennis shoes please) party there again this year. The Rathskeller is located in the historic 19th century Athenaeum Building downtown Indianapolis.
This year we have a special guest speaker Lori Schutz. Lori is the Zone 4 representative at the Porsche Club of America, author and avid track hound. She is also the daughter of Peter Schutz, CEO of Porsche AG from 1981 to 1987 where he is credited with saving the 911 and turning around Porsche AG during early 1980s. Lori will share with us the success stories of her late father at Porsche AG and be on-hand to sign copies of her father’s book The Driving Force, Extraordinary Results with Ordinary People
Entertainment will be provided by Mark Beecher of Grapevine Productions, bring your dancing shoes!
We’ve added even more options to the German themed buffet menu, a cash bar with your favorite German and domestic beers.
Appetizers: Reuben Dip Canapés, Signature Stuffed Mushrooms, Shrimp & Snow Crab Spread.
Buffet: Tossed Salad w/ Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, Warm Bavarian Pretzels w/ Cheese Sauce, German Potato Salad, Red Cabbage, Chicken Monterey, Mixed Wurst over Sauerkraut, Jagerschnitzel w/ wild mushroom “Hunter’s Sauce” & Rathskeller Variety Dessert Platter. Reg. & Decaf Coffee self serve.
We will be announcing the results of our Annual Election of Officers and New Bylaws Vote via mail-in ballot due November 10 to the club’s secretary.
Parking is available at New Point Parking, 415 E. Michigan St., just east of the Athenaeum, or their other lot at 501 N. Alabama St.
