Tech Session – SONAX

The CIR will be having a car-care tech session on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at SONAX USA Headquarters at 17414 Tiller Cir., Westfield, IN 46074. The event will start at 10:00 a.m.  This will be a chance to learn about paint protection and restoration, as well as an overview of a great car-care line of products.

And a chance to see and tour, the new 70,000 sq ft addition on the SONAX USA Headquarters!

SONAX, a German company, is the largest car-care detailing product company in the world.  They have several hundred products, garnering 80% of the European market. They are the only  approved surface protection manufacturer recommended by Porsche, BMW and Mercedes Benz.  SONAX works with all three of these companies on interior and exterior finish development.

Tony George, of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway family, bought SONAX USA, about ten-years ago. SONAX was founded in 1950, as part of the 100-year-old Hoffmann Group, a German mining and tool company.  Their industrial grinding and polishing lines are what lead to the SONAX brands.  They now have hundreds of products under the SONAX consumer line and their professional
product line, PROFILINE.  SONAX is rapidly gaining market share in the US under Tony George and his team.
