Monroe, Franklin, IN 317-736-5421 9:00 a.m. Ann’s provides employment for individuals from the Tara Treatment Center in Franklin who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. Franklin, IN is the home of Franklin University and a beautiful small town to visit.
