“Porsche Palooza” at Carmel Artomobilia cancelled – Lemonade 10000 Road Rally instead

August 29, 2020

Event cancelled by City of Carmel due to Covid-19 Pandemic.  Running “Lemonade 10000” Road Rally same day instead, similar to the “Meatball 10000”.  Start and Finish at Clay Terrace Shopping Center behind Dick’s Sporting Goods north of Carmel with 70 miles of great roads in Boone, Hamilton and Madison Counties and 11 Viewing Spots along the way.  If you previously registered your car for the Porsche Palooza, you will automatically be entered in the “Lemonade 10000” Road Rally at no additional cost and you will receive an email confirmation with your Start Time and Route Guide.  All Porsches are starting in Run Group 1 at 9 AM on Saturday, August 29.  Please arrive 15 minutes early.  Your $50 Porsche Palooza Car Show registration will be applied to next year’s 2021 Porsche Palooza/Carmel Artomobilia, when hopefully things will be better and we all can gather in large groups safely.  Any questions:  www.ArtomobiliaWeekend.com

“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!”

***Tom Wood Porsche announced as Run Group 1 Sponsor!***

“Shift” Charity Road Rally on Friday, August 28 is still a go.  Friday evening’s “Fuelicious” Charity Dinner at the Lucas Estate is postponed along with the inaugural “Revolante” Charity Car Show on Sunday until next year.  Table and ticket refunds available for “Fuelicious” dinner.

Porsche Palooza is back for Saturday, August 29, 2020 as part of Carmel’s Artomobilia Car Show!

Register now at:  www.ArtomobiliaWeekend.com

Over 100 Porsches of all years, models and colors participated (128 cars actually registered) in last year’s hugely successful first “Porsche Palooza” as part of Carmel’s annual Artomobilia Car Show on the streets of the Carmel Arts & Design District in Olde Town Carmel at Main Street and Rangeline Road on a spectacularly beautiful day!  “Porsche Palooza” is actually a car show within a car show with this new Porsche division having its own judging and distinctive awards.  They have also added a BMW Palooza and Lotus Palooza this year along with their regular divisions.  Note to Porsche owners:  If you want to just display or enter your Porsche for judging, either way enter only the Porsche Palooza and not the Car Corral.  All Porsches will be parked together in the Porsche Palooza division on N. Rangeline road in the shade as they were last year.  Porsche Palooza entry is $50/car and all entry fee proceeds go to CIR’s chosen charity:  Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Indiana Chapter.

Artomobilia is a huge automotive weekend consisting of four auto-related annual events supporting various local charities:

“Porsche Palooza” at Artomobilia Car Show:  Saturday, August 29 all day event.  Carmel Arts & Design District.  $50/car entry fee.  Volunteers always needed for parking and judging.  All entry fee proceeds support:  Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Indiana Chapter.  Cancelled.  “Lemonade 10000” Road Rally instead.  See above.

Revolante Benefit:  Celebrating very unique automobiles.  Sunday, August 30, Noon – 5 PM.  The Bridgewater Club in Carmel.  Supports:  Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.  Cancelled.  See you in 2021.
